Dial Log

We are all beginning to live longer than ever before. In the entirety of recorded human history, the world has never before had such an aged population. Children born today are likely to live to more than 100 years of age. This should be something to celebrate, yet the prospect of older life can be daunting. Levels of social isolation, dementia and mobility issues mean life as an older person can be considered bleak. My project aims to celebrate old age, as a time of ripe life experience and wisdom to share. Communication is fundamental to our wellbeing, no matter what our state of health, from cradle to grave. My project explores how we reach out and validate each other.
